Class of business definition

Class of business means all or a distinct grouping of small employers as shown on the records of the small employer carrier.
Class of business shall be defined as each individual class or line of business as delineated by the Retrocedant as of the date hereof as set forth on Exhibit A-1.
Class of business means all or a separate grouping of covered insureds that is permitted by the commissioner in accordance with Section 31A-30-105.
