Net Pool Balance definition

Net Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Receivables (other than Defaulted Receivables) of the Issuer on such date.
Net Pool Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time reduced by the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Obligor Concentration Limit for such Obligor.
Net Pool Balance means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Net Loan Pool Balance at such time plus (b) the Net Receivables Pool Balance at such time.
