Class A-4 Principal Balance definition

Class A-4 Principal Balance as of any date means the Class A‑4 Initial Principal Balance less all amounts paid to the holders of Class A‑4 Notes in respect of principal pursuant to Section 5.06 hereof.
Class A-4 Principal Balance means, as to any Remittance Date, the Original Class A-4 Principal Balance less all amounts previously distributed to Holders of Class A-4 Certificates on account of principal.
