Class Balance definition

Class Balance. With respect to any Class of Certificates, at any time, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Outstanding Certificates of such Class.
Class Balance. With respect to any Class of Certificates (other than the Residual Certificates) at any time, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Certificates of such Class. As to any Class of Lower Tier Regular Classes as of any date of determination, the original principal balance thereof as set forth in the Lower Tier Schedule, plus, in the case of any Lower Tier Accrual Class, the portion of the Lower Tier Accrual Amount attributable thereto, less the aggregate amount of all Lower Tier Principal Distribution Amounts allocable to such Class in accordance with Section 2.02 prior to such date of determination.
Class Balance means, as of any date, the Class A-1 Note Balance, the Class A-2a Note Balance, the Class A-2b Note Balance, the Class A-3 Note Balance, or the Class A-4 Note Balance, as applicable.

Class Balance. With respect to any Exchangeable Class or Exchange Class, at any time, the aggregate of the Certificate Principal Amounts of all Outstanding Certificates of such Class.
Class Balance. With respect to any Class, the aggregate principal amount of such Class outstanding as of any date of determination equal to (A) the Original Class Balance thereof plus (B) any Collateral Value Adjustment Capitalization Amount minus (C) any amounts allocated or distributed to such Class in reduction of its Class Balance pursuant to the terms hereof.
