Original Class Principal Balance definition

Original Class Principal Balance means, with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates, the initial Class Principal Balance thereof as of the Closing Date, in each case as specified in the Preliminary Statement.

Original Class Principal Balance. With respect to each Class of Certificates other than the Class C, Class P and Class R Certificates, the corresponding aggregate amount set forth opposite the Class designation of such Class in the Preliminary Statement.

Original Class Principal Balance means as to each Class of Certificates, the amount set forth with respect to such Class in Section 2.05(b).

• The amount shown for each MX Class represents the maximum Original Class Principal Balance (or original Class Notional Balance) of that Class, assuming it were to be issued on the Closing Date.
