Class A Percentage Interest definition

Class A Percentage Interest means, as of any date, the percentage determined by dividing the number of Class A Units then held by a holder of Class A Units by the total number of Class A Units then outstanding.
Class A Percentage Interest means a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the total of a Member’s Class A Preferred Units and the denominator of which is the total of all outstanding Class A Preferred Units.
