Class Member Payment means the monetary compensation that Defendants shall
Class Member Payment means the monetary compensation that the Mercedes Defendants shall pay eligible Class Members who do not opt out of the Class and who submit a Valid Claim, on the conditions set forth in Sections 5-6. The Class Member Payment includes the Owner/Lessee Payment, Post-Announcement Owner/Lessee Payment, Former Owner/Lessee Payment, and the contingency payments described in Section 5.3.

  • Within one year after the date the Settlement Administrator mails the first Settlement Class Member Payment, any remaining amounts resulting from uncashed checks shall be distributed to an appropriate cy pres recipient agreed to by the Parties and approved by the Court.

More Definitions of Class Member Payment

Class Member Payment means the portion of the Net Settlement Amount that each

  • Settlement Class Member means a member of a Settlement Class.

  • Debit Payment means a particular transaction where a debit is made.

  • Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and interest-bearing Class, the sum of (i) one month's interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class, on the related Class Certificate Balance or Notional Amount, as applicable, immediately prior to such Distribution Date, subject to reduction pursuant to Section 4.02(d), and (ii) any Class Unpaid Interest Amounts for such Class.

  • Next Payment means, in respect of each Next Payment Date, the greater of (i) the amount of any payments due to be made by Party A under Section 2(a) on such Next Payment Date less any payments due to be made by Party B under Section 2(a) on such Next Payment Date (in each case, after giving effect to any applicable netting under Section 2(c)) and (ii) zero.
