Class Coupon definition

Class Coupon. The Class Coupon on each Class of Notes for any Accrual Period will be as set forth in Appendix I for Original Notes and Appendix II for MAC Notes.

Class Coupon means, with respect to each Class of Notes (and, solely for purposes of calculating allocations of any Modification Loss Amounts, the Class 1B-3H Reference Tranche) for any Note Accrual Period, the coupon specified for such Class of Notes (or Reference Tranche, as applicable) set forth in Appendix I or in Exhibit G-1.

Class Coupon means, with respect to each Class of Notes for any Accrual Period, the coupon specified for such Class of Notes set forth in Appendix I hereto or in Exhibit I-1 to the Global Agency Agreement.

Examples of Class Coupon in a sentence

• For U.S. federal income tax purposes, the Class 1M-1, Class 1M-2A, Class 1M-2B, Class 1M-2C, Class 1B-1A, Class 1B-1B and Class 1B-2 Notes will be treated as representing both an Upper- Tier Regular Interest and the right to Class Coupon in excess of the REMIC Cap.

• For U.S. federal tax return and information reporting purposes, the value of the right to Class Coupon in excess of the REMIC Cap will be assumed to be nominal.

• This interest will have a principal balance equal at all times to the outstanding principal balance of its Corresponding Class of Notes and its interest rate will be the same as the Class Coupon of its Corresponding Class of Notes, except that such rate will be subject to a cap equal to the REMIC Cap (the "REMIC Note Rate").

More Definitions of Class Coupon

Class Coupon means the per annum interest rates of each Class of Original Notes as set forth in the STACR Documentation.

Class Coupon. The annual rate (which may be zero, may be fixed or may vary) at which interest accrues on a Class, as provided in the applicable Terms Supplement. Interest at the applicable Class Coupon shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year, each month being assumed to have 30 days.

Class Coupon. The Class Coupon on each Class of Notes and the Class B-2H Reference Tranche for any Accrual Period will be as set forth in Appendix I for the Original Notes and the Class B-2H Reference Tranche and Appendix II for the MAC Notes; provided that in no event shall the Class Coupon for any Note or the Class B-2H Reference Tranche be less than 0%. The Class B-2H Reference Tranche is not a Note; however, it is deemed to bear interest at the Class Coupon shown in Appendix I solely for purposes of calculating allocations of any Modification Loss Amounts.

Class Coupon. Cap," if applicable, shall mean the rate that is specified as such in the Series Term Sheet and in the Class Coupon Cap Agreement.

Class Coupon. The rate at which interest is distributed to a Holder of a Pass-Through Certificate entitled to the payment of interest, which rate may be subject to monthly adjustment.

Class Coupon means, with respect to each Class of Notes for any Accrual Period, the amount specified for such Class of Notes set forth in Appendix I.

Class Coupon means the applicable per annum interest rate for each Class of Notes and the Class B-2H Reference Tranche, which will be equal to: (x) for the first Accrual Period, the per annum interest rate shown for such Class under the column “Initial Class Coupon” in Table 1 and (y) for all other Accrual Periods, the sum of (a) the SOFR Rate plus (b) the margin shown for such Class in Table 1, subject to the applicable Class Coupon Minimum Rate set forth in Table 1.
