Timely claim definition
Timely claim means a Claim (other than an Asbestos Personal Injury Claim) for which a proof of Claim or request for payment of Administrative Claim was Filed by the applicable Bar Date or is otherwise determined to be timely Filed by a Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court.
