Class A Membership Unit definition

Class A Membership Unit has the meaning assigned to it in Section 1.2. -----------------------
Class A Membership Unit refers to a single unit of Class A Interest.
Class A Membership Unit means a Membership Unit having the rights, preferences and obligations specified in this Agreement with respect to Class A Membership Units.

Class A Membership Unit. Purchaser shall have the meaning set forth inSection 9.2(a)
Class A Membership Unit means a unit of ownership of the Company which entitles the holder of such Class A Membership Unit to a fractional, undivided share of the profits and losses of the Company, and all other benefits to which a Class A Member may be entitled, together with the obligations of such Class A Member to comply with all of the terms and provisions of this Agreement. The Class A Membership Units owned by the Class A Members are set forth on Schedule I, which may be amended from time to time.
Class A Membership Unit means a Class A Membership Unit (as defined in the REIT LLC Agreement) of the REIT.
Class A Membership Unit means a unit representing a fractional share of the Class A Interests and entitling the holder thereof to a share of the distributions in respect of the Class A Membership Units.

Related to Class A Membership Unit

  • Membership Unit means a Membership Common Unit, a Company Preferred Unit, a Company Junior Unit or any other fractional share of the Membership Interests that the Managing Member has authorized pursuant to Section 4.1 or Section 4.2 hereof.

  • Membership Units means membership interests in the Company.

  • Class A Unit means any Partnership Unit that is not specifically designated by the General Partner as being of another specified class of Partnership Units.

  • Class A Member means a Member holding one or more Class A Ordinary Shares.

  • Preferred Share means a share of stock of the General Partner of any class or series now or hereafter authorized or reclassified that has dividend rights, or rights upon liquidation, winding up and dissolution, that are superior or prior to the REIT Shares.

  • Preferred Member means a Member holding Preferred Units.

  • Class D Unit means a Partnership Unit entitling the holder thereof to the rights of a holder of a Class D Unit as provided in this Agreement.

  • Class B Common Unit means one of that certain class of Common Units with those special rights and obligations specified in this Agreement as being appurtenant to a “Class B Common Unit”.

  • Preferred Unit means a fractional share of the Partnership Interests that the General Partner has authorized pursuant to Sections 4.01, 4.03 or 4.04 hereof that has distribution rights, or rights upon liquidation, winding up and dissolution, that are superior or prior to the OP Units.

  • Membership Interest means a Member’s entire interest in the Company including such Member’s right to receive allocations and distributions pursuant to this Agreement and the right to participate in the management of the business and affairs of the Company in accordance with this Agreement, including the right to vote on, consent to, or otherwise participate in any decision or action of or by the Members granted pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Class B Stock means Class B Stock, par value $1.00 per share, of the Company.

  • Series A Preferred Unit means a Preferred Unit having the designations, preferences, rights, powers and duties set forth in Article XVI.
