Class D Unit definition

Class D Unit means a Partnership Unit entitling the holder thereof to the rights of a holder of a Class D Unit as provided in this Agreement.

Class D Unit means a Partnership Security representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to a Class D Unit in this Agreement. A Class D Unit that is convertible into a Common Unit shall not constitute a Common Unit until such conversion occurs.

Class D Unit shall not constitute a Common Unit until such time as such Class D Unit is converted into a Common Unit pursuant to the terms hereof.

Examples of Class D Unit in a sentence

• Subject to the Amended and Restated Exchange Agreement, PPL has the right to exchange one Class B or Class D Unit indirectly for that number of shares equal to the Class B Exchange Multiplier or Class D Exchange Multiplier, respectively, applicable at the date of such exchange, as described under “Licence and Royalty Adjustment of the Royalty Pool Changes in the Restaurants in the Royalty Pool”.

• Each Class D Unit that has become a Class D Performance Vested Unit shall be treated in the same manner as a Profits Interest Unit which has no separate class designation with all of the rights, privileges and obligations attendant thereto and all references to Profits Interest Units in this Agreement shall refer equally to Class D Units.

• Mr. Ruhl will be placed on Step 1, Bachelor’s Degree, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

• Although income from user fees is small, it does enhance decentralized decision-making since it remains under district and facilityjurisdiction.

More Definitions of Class D Unit

Class D Unit means an Interest in the Partnership designated as a Class D Unit and an Interest in the Partnership designated as a Class D-1 Unit, collectively.

Class D Unit means a Partnership Security representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the Class D Units in this Agreement. The term “Class D Unit” does not refer to a Common Unit, and after the conversion of a Class D Unit into a Common Unit pursuant to the terms herein, such Unit will be a Common Unit.

Class D Unit means a Class D Unit as defined in the LLC Agreement.

Class D Unit has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a) and means those Units designated as Class D Units on issuance by the Company and set forth on the Member Schedule.

Class D Unit. The Partnership Interest held by the Class D Limited Partner, each full Class D Unit representing a $2,500 Capital Contribution.

Class D Unit means a Class D Unit of the Company, as defined in the Company LLC Agreement.

Class D Unit means any Class D Common Unit classified as such pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
