Class 2X Certificates definition

Class 2X Certificates. The Certificates designated as “Class 2X” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class 2X Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of “Class 2X.”
Class 2X Certificates. All Certificates bearing the Class designation of “Class 2X.” Class 2X-IO Component: The Component bearing the Class designation of “Class 2X-IO.”

Examples of Class 2X Certificates in a sentence

  • The Class 1-P, Class 2-P, Class 1-X and Class 2-X Certificates shall each be maintained in definitive, fully registered form in a minimum denomination equal to 10.00% of the Percentage Interest of each such Class and integral multiples of 1.00% in excess thereof.

  • Any Net Deferred Interest allocated to a Class of Senior LIBOR Certificates shall be added to the Class Certificate Balance thereof and any Net Deferred Interest allocated to the Class 1-X or Class 2-X Certificates shall be added to the Component Principal Balance of the Principal and Interest Component of such Class.

  • At all times during the term of this Agreement, 1% of all Voting Interests shall be allocated to each of the Class 1-P, Class 2-P, Class 1-X and Class 2-X Certificates, while they remain outstanding.

  • The Class 2-X Certificates are comprised of the Class 2-X IO and Class 2-X PO Components.

  • The Class 2X Certificates shall be issued in minimum denominations of $1,000,000 initial notional amount each and multiples of $1 in excess of $1,000,000.

  • The Senior Certificates (other than the Class 2X Certificates and the Residual Certificates) shall be issued in minimum denominations of $25,000 initial certificate principal balance each and multiples of $1 in excess thereof.

  • Class 2-A-1 and Class 2-X Certificates, and the Class PO-2 Component.

  • In addition, one certificate of each Class (other than the Residual Certificates) may be issued evidencing the sum of an authorized denomination thereof and the remainder of the aggregate initial Class Principal Balance (or, in the case of the Class 2X Certificates, the Notional Amount) of such Class.

  • Each of the Group 2 Certificates (other than the Residual Certificates, the Class 2-P Certificates, and the Class 2-X Certificates) also represent the right to receive Basis Risk Shortfalls or Unpaid Basis Risk Shortfalls.

  • Each Class of the Group 2 Certificates and the Class 2-P Certificates and the Class 2-X Certificates (exclusive of any right to receive or obligation to pay Basis Risk Shortfalls or Unpaid Basis Risk Shortfalls) represent ownership of regular interests in REMIC UT-2.

  • Class X Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class X".

  • Class C Certificates Any one of the Class C Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-18, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 4.

  • Class B-6 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class B-5 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-5” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class J Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class J" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class B-4 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-4” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Class AA Certificates means Pass Through Certificates issued by the Class AA Pass Through Trust.

  • Class B Certificates The Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates.

  • Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Group III Certificates The Group III-A Certificates.

  • Class A Certificates The Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 Certificates.

  • COFI Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Group I Certificates The Class A-1 Certificates.

  • Class B-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-1".

  • Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates, the Class A-2c Certificates and the Class A-2d Certificates, collectively.

  • Class A-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2".

  • Class B-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-2".

  • Class B-3 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-3".

  • Class P Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class P".

  • REMIC I Certificates The Class R-I Certificates.

  • Class M Certificates Any of the Class M-1, Class M-2, Class M-3, Class M-4, Class M-5 and Class M-6 Certificates.

  • Class A-V Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-V Certificate, including any Subclass thereof.

  • Class A-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-1".

  • Class A-1A Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class A-1A" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Group II Certificates The Class A-2A, Class A-2B, Class A-2C and Class A-2D Certificates.

  • Class A-7 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-7 and Exhibit C hereto.
