Class 1 Member definition

Class 1 Member means a Member holding a Class 1 Interest.
Class 1 Member is any Class 1 Member that is for U.S. federal income tax purposes: (i) a nonresident alien individual or (ii) a foreign corporation, partnership or estate or trust.
Class 1 Member means a Member that owns one or more Class 1 Interests.

More Definitions of Class 1 Member

Class 1 Member means a Member holding Units as a Class 1 Member.

Related to Class 1 Member

  • Class C Member means a Member holding the Class C Ordinary Share.

  • Class A Member means a Member holding one or more Class A Ordinary Shares.

  • Class A Limited Partner means EPCO Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its successors and assigns.
