Claims Submission Period definition

Claims Submission Period means the period that begins on the earliest date on which the Notice is first emailed or mailed, and that ends no later than 30 days after the Final Approval Hearing. The deadline for the Claims Submission Period will be specified in the Notice.
Claims Submission Period means the time period during which Class Members may submit claims which will commence with the mailing of the Settlement Class Notice and will conclude sixty (60) days after the date of the Final Approval Order.
