Championship Committee definition

Championship Committee means the Scottish Rugby Championship Committee.
Championship Committee means the assigned group responsible for the operation and administration during the Championship. This group is comprised of the Championship Committee Chair, Division Representatives (one (1) representative from each participating team as assigned by the affiliated Branch or Member), and the Branch Event Manager.

Examples of Championship Committee in a sentence

  • At least one member of the Championship Committee shall be in attendance at all times during play.

  • At Sectional Championship level and below, the Championship Committee may grant such a waiver.

  • An official copy of the final USTA TEAM ROSTER FOR LEAGUES shall be submitted by the team captain or coordinator to the Championship Committee at each level of league championships prior to the deadline announced for entry into the event.

  • An Administrative Grievance may be filed by a captain, Local, District/Area League Coordinator, Sectional League Coordinator or a member of a Championship Committee.

  • The Championship Committee has the authority to determine the actions to take when the combination of individual match defaults given by the two teams in the team match would result in a situation where the majority of the individual matches would not be played.

  • A Championship Committee, one of whom may be a USTA Certified Referee or Umpire, shall govern each championship.

  • A player, caddie or any other person intending to use his/her own buggy must – having been so permitted by the Championship Committee – have adequate personal and third party insurance.

  • No substitution may be made in an individual match after the line-up has been presented, except for injury to, illness of, or disqualification of a player prior to the start of such match, and except under such further circumstances as the Championship Committee may authorize.

  • The State Sports Committee Coordinator shall submit complete plans and budget to the State Championship Committee.

  • Executive Committee or Central Committee upon the recommendation of the State Championship Committee.

Related to Championship Committee

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Standing Committee means a permanent committee with a regular meeting schedule and designated subject matter jurisdiction that is authorized by the Rules of the Senate or the Rules of the House of Representatives.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of the Canada-Ontario-AMO-Toronto Agreement.

  • Advisory Board means the Long-Term Care Facility Advisory Board;

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Medical Advisory Committee means the Medical Advisory Committee established by the Board as required by the Public Hospitals Act;

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • Joint Committee means the committee established under Article 19 [Joint Committee];

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • Technical Advisory Committee means the external committee to be established and appointed by the Steering Committee to provide technical input for decisions to be taken by the Steering Committee; and

  • Negotiating Committee means a three-member group comprised by representatives of the following: (1) the State; and (2) two representatives of Local Governments of which one representative will be from a Municipality and one shall be from a County (collectively, “Members”) within the State. The State shall be represented by the Attorney General or her designee.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Supervisory Committee means the Comisión Fiscalizadora of the Company.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Executive Committee means the Executive Committee of the Board.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
