C&G Companies definition

C&G Companies means Carlton, Granada and any Affiliate of Carlton or Granada from time to time (other than, for the avoidance of doubt, CGIL);
C&G Companies means C/G and their respective Subsidiaries. “C/G Disclosure Schedule” shall have the meaning set forth in Article V.

  • RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the CG Companies be and is hereby authorized to monitor the process of all activities connected with the demerger and to deal with all matters connected, consequential and incidental to procuring sanction, implementation and execution of the scheme of demerger and settle any questions or difficulties which may arise in that connection and to give directions as may be necessary for giving effect to the Scheme of Arrangement.

  • Seller Subsidiaries means the subsidiary partnerships of the McNeil Partnerships listed on Annex G to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Partnerships") and the subsidiary corporations listed on Annex F to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Corporations") which hold GP Interests in certain of the Subsidiary Partnerships.

  • Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.
