Certification of Inspection definition

Certification of Inspection means a certification by Developer that it has performed or caused to be performed an inspection of a Rental Affordable Unit and that, to the best of Developer’s knowledge, such Rental Affordable Unit is in compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, in such form as the Agency approves.
Certification of Inspection means a written statement from a certified building inspector, licensed plumber, professional engineer, or plumbing inspector employed by the Onondaga County Department of Water Environment Protection, Division of Plumbing, setting forth. the existing conditions of: (i) a previously occupied existing house, building or property used for human occupancy, employment, recreation, manufacturing, commercial or other purposes, (ii) new construction or substantial reconstruction describing with specificity the condition of the roof drains, sump pump, or other prohibited stormwater or groundwater connections or sources of inflow or infiltration found, or the lack thereof, as set forth in Sections 6, 7 and 8 of this Law.
Certification of Inspection means a certification by Declarant that it has performed or caused to be performed an inspection of a Rental Affordable Unit and that, to the best of Declarant's knowledge, such Rental Affordable Unit is in compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, in such form as the City approves (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).

Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing an "Automatic Renewal" clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.   • Initial Environmental Examination or “IEE” means the initial environmental examination for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;

  • Independent Verification means that an evaluation is undertaken and reported by an individual or body whose organisation, systems and procedures conform to ISO Guide 65:1996 (EN 45011:1998) General requirements for bodies operating product certification systems (as amended form time to time) or equivalent, and who is accredited to audit against forest management standards by a body whose organisation, systems and procedures conform to ISO 17011: 2004 General Requirements for Providing Assessment and Accreditation of Conformity Assessment Bodies (as amended from time to time) or equivalent.

  • Final Certification As defined in Section 2.02(a) hereof.
