CERTIFICATION BY DEVELOPER. During the Term, Developer shall, at least annually or as the GLO may otherwise approve, submit to the GLO (in a form prescribed by the GLO) a certificate of continuing compliance with all occupancy standards, terms, and provisions of this Agreement. The certification will also include statistical data relating to special-needs individuals’ race, ethnicity, income, fair housing opportunities, and other information requested by the GLO.
