Final Certification definition

Final Certification. As defined in Section 2.02(a) hereof.

Final Certification. The certification substantially in the form of Exhibit Three to the Custodial Agreement.

Final Certification has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

Examples of Final Certification in a sentence

• The revocation of a CMMC Level 2 Final Certification Assessment will automatically cause the revocation of any CMMC Level 3 Certification Assessments that were dependent upon that CMMC Level 2 Final Certification Assessment.

• This assessment, conducted by DCMA DIBCAC, shall meet all requirements for a Level 2 Final Certification Assessment and will not result in a CMMC Level 2 certificate.

More Definitions of Final Certification

Final Certification. With respect to each Custodian, the certification required to be delivered by such Custodian not later than 90 days after the Closing Date to the Depositor, the Trustee and the Transferor in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit H pursuant to Section 2.02 of this Agreement.

Final Certification. A certification as to the completeness of each Trustee Mortgage Loan File substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto provided by the Securities Administrator (or the Custodian) on or before the first anniversary of the Closing Date pursuant to Section 2.02 hereof.
