Examples of Celebrations in a sentence

  • Client expressly agrees that Celebrations shall not be liable to Client or others, including Client’s guests and invitees or service providers or contractors, for damage or loss of personal property located in or about the Premises.

  • The Client, hereby indemnifies and hold harmless Celebrations, its members, owners, managers, employees, officers, representatives, and agents, from and against any and all claims or liability for property damage or loss arising from the use and occupancy of the Premises by the Client or Client’s guests or invitees contractors or service providers.

  • Terms and Conditions may be modified or amended from time-to-time as determined solely by Celebrations.

  • A $25/person minimum food spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater, unless agreed to in writing by Celebrations.

  • Client agrees to not slander or injure Celebrations' reputation or goodwill in any way including its employees or owners (on any public forum, ratings website(s), blogs, social networks, etc.) at any time during or subsequent to this Agreement.

  • Celebrations reserves the right at any time to review policy and prices and to make changes to such policies and prices when deemed necessary.

  • Celebrations reserves the right to request any person or group of people acting unruly or contrary to regulations to leave the Premises.

  • Access to the picture paths is complimentary and at the sole discretion of Celebrations.

  • Treats/Birthday Celebrations Birthday/Celebration Treats Explorer Club and Little Explorers will follow XXXX policy on pre-packaged snacks.

Related to Celebrations

  • Enplanements means the total number of passengers boarding airline carriers. For purposes of this Section 4.14, all Enplanement comparisons shall be done by Relevant Boarding Area.

  • Tour means visiting a location, for a purpose relating to the duties of a public official, and not primarily for entertainment, including:

  • Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;

  • Adult entertainment means any exhibition of any adult-oriented: motion pictures, live performance, computer or CD Rom generated images, displays of adult-oriented images or performances derived or taken from the internet, displays or dance of any type, which has a substantial portion of such performance any actual or simulated performance of specified sexual activities or exhibition and viewing of specified anatomical areas, removal or partial removal of articles of clothing or appearing unclothed, pantomime, modeling, or any other personal service offered customers.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Branch operations means any business operations of a branch captive insurance company in this State.

  • Airport means public-use airport open to the public without prior permission and without restrictions within the physical capacities of available facilities.
