Cash Escrow definition

Cash Escrow means an agreement by two parties to place money into the custody of a third party for delivery to a grantee only after the fulfillment of the conditions specified.
Cash Escrow means an escrow account established by Buyer in a commercial bank or trust company organized under the laws of the United States of America or a political subdivision thereof, whose long-term senior unsecured debt is rated at least “A” by S&P or “A2” by Xxxxx’x.
