Cash Escrow Amount definition

Cash Escrow Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
Cash Escrow Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
Cash Escrow Amount means One Million Fourteen Thousand Eight Dollars ($1,014,008) to be deposited with the Escrow Agent to be held in escrow subject to the terms and conditions of the Escrow Agreement.

  • Akorn shall use its best efforts to cause the D&O Insurers to pay, via check or wire transfer, the Initial Cash Escrow Amount into the Escrow Account as soon as practicable after the later of (i) entry by the Court of the Preliminary Approval Order and (ii) delivery by Lead Counsel to Defendants’ Counsel of an IRS Form W-9 and complete wiring instructions for the Escrow Account.
