Cargo Report definition

Cargo Report means any report prescribed in the annexure to these rules that must be submitted for the purposes of the Manifest Acquittal System (MAS) or to a Controller;
Cargo Report document referred to in Paragraph 13.1.3 of the General Terms and Conditions including all of the information listed in Appendix 4. Cargo Sharing Service: service that allows multiple shippers to unload from one Vessel a Cargo shared between them. The subscription of this service is performed by each shipper sending a Cargo Sharing Service subscription letter available on the Operator's website.
Cargo Report shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 2.6 (b).

Examples of Cargo Report in a sentence

  • If any container being prepared to enter the DTS has an outside measurement greater than 84 inches, the contractor is required to prepare an Outsized Air Cargo Report (CDRL 0011).

  • After a Cargo Transfer, a Cargo Report shall be drawn up by the Operator and sent to the Shipper.

  • After an Unloading or a Reloading, a Cargo Report shall be drawn up by the Operator and sent to the Shipper.

  • One single original copy of the Cargo Report is issued by the Operator.

  • The new Cargo Report should be submitted at the master (general) level by carriers and at the house (detailed) level by forwarders of air and sea cargoes because master (general) level information possessed by carriers may not be detailed enough for effective risk-profiling 21 .

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 8, 2016 and effective December 31, 2015;

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Church & Trought Inc. (CTI) and dated October 22, 2007 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Monthly Report has the meaning assigned in Section 6.01.

  • Evaluation Report means a report on the evaluation of tenders prepared under CSO 12

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.

  • Home inspection report means a written report that is

  • Final Report means the report described as a final report in 14 RCW 42.17.080(2).

  • Technical Report means a report prepared and filed in accordance with this Instrument and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report that includes, in summary form, all material scientific and technical information in respect of the subject property as of the effective date of the technical report; and
