Cardiac Audit Committee definition

Cardiac Audit Committee means the multi-disciplinary peer-review committee, composed of representatives from the STEMI Receiving Centers and other professionals designated by the EMS Agency, which audits the STEMI Care System makes recommendations for system improvements, and functions in an advisory capacity on other STEMI Care System issues. Committee members designated by the EMS Agency may include, but are not limited to, STEMI Receiving Center medical directors and program managers, representatives from other local hospitals, interventional and non- interventional cardiologists, emergency medicine sub-specialists, and representatives from ground and flight emergency services providers.

Related to Cardiac Audit Committee

Board means the Board of Directors of the Company.
Director means a member of the Board.
Company means the Person named as the “Company” in the first paragraph of this instrument until a successor Person shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter “Company” shall mean such successor Person.
Department means the department of natural resources.
Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
Person means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.
Exchange Act means the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Affiliate of any specified Person means any other Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under direct or indirect common control with such specified Person. For the purposes of this definition, “control” when used with respect to any specified Person means the power to direct the management and policies of such Person, directly or indirectly, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise; and the terms “controlling” and “controlled” have meanings correlative to the foregoing.
Subsidiary means a “subsidiary corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(f) of the Code.
Business Day means any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, any day which is a federal legal holiday in the United States or any day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.
Agreement has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.
Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.
Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;
Sub-Committee means a Sub-Committee of a Committee of the Council.

Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.
Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
Supervisory Committee means the committee of statutory auditors appointed by the shareholders of the Company.
Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.
Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.
Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.
