Call Option Exercise Date means the date of the Issuer's notice to the Bond Trustee to exercise the Call Option.

  • In the event the Paying Agent fails to distribute the payment of the Call Option on Series A Bond on Call Option Exercise Date, the Paying Agent is fully responsible to the Issuer to ensure that the payment to exercise of the Call Option on Series A Bond is redeemed by the Paying Agent.
