Call Option Repayment Date definition

Call Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Call Option determined by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 10.2 (Voluntary early redemption – Call Option), Clause 10.3(d) or a date agreed upon between the Bond Trustee and the Issuer in connection with such redemption of Bonds.
Call Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the clean-up call determined by the Issuer pursuant to paragraph (d) of Clause 10.2 or a date agreed upon between the Bond Trustee and the Issuer in connection with such redemption of Bonds.
Call Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for the Call Option determined by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 10.2 (Voluntary early redemption – Call Option), paragraph (e) of Clause 10.3 (Mandatory repurchase due to a Put Option Event) or a date agreed upon between the Bond Trustee and the Issuer in connection with such redemption of Bonds.

Examples of Call Option Repayment Date in a sentence

  • Such notice sent by the Issuer is irrevocable and shall specify the Call Option Repayment Date.

  • The Call Option may be exercised by the Issuer by written notice to the Bond Trustee at least 10 Business Days prior to the proposed Call Option Repayment Date.

Call Option Repayment Date means the settlement date for any Call Option determined by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 10.3 (Voluntary early redemption – Issuer's Call Options) or a date agreed upon between the Bond Trustee and the Issuer in connection with any such redemptions of Bonds.

"Existing Bonds" - means FRN Jacob Holm & Sønner Holding A/S Senior Secured Callable Bonds 2014/2019 (with ISIN NO 0010708332) issued by the Issuer pursuant to the bond agreement dated 3 April 2014. "Existing Facilities" - means the existing Financial Indebtedness (or the equivalent in any other currency) of the Group (together with accrued interest) listed in Schedule 3 of the Bond Agreement, in no event to exceed its respective Bank Commitments and any related hedging thereto, and any New Bank Facility.
