Buyer Supplied Materials definition

Buyer Supplied Materials means any components (including but not limited to raw materials, ingredients and packaging) supplied by Buyer to Seller for use in producing the Goods.
Buyer Supplied Materials means any materials which are supplied by the Buyer to the Seller for the performance of the Contract;
Buyer Supplied Materials means the colour transparencies, artwork, bromides, illustrations, paintings, film positives and negatives, working film, computer diskettes, electronic files and other means of artwork supply or any other materials supplied by the Buyer to the Seller for the performance of the contract.

  • For Buyer Supplied Materials and Vendor Directed Materials, Seller shall only be responsible for inspecting exterior packaging for obvious signs of damage during shipment, verifying paperwork properly corresponds with contained materials, and checking quantities received (Seller may rely on quantities indicated on Buyer’s/Vendor’s labels).

  • The Seller accepts no liability or risk for any damage, loss or destruction caused to any Buyer Supplied Materials in the Seller’s possession.

  • Any time or date specified by the Seller for delivery of the Goods or completion of the Services is conditional upon the Buyer’s compliance with the Seller’s instructions and meeting the Seller’s specified deadlines for the submission of materials, including without limitation any Buyer Supplied Materials, approvals or any other deadlines scheduled by the Seller.

  • Where the Buyer provides Buyer Supplied Materials to the Seller, the Buyer must do so in accordance with any instructions of the Seller.

  • The Buyer hereby warrants to the Seller that any Buyer Supplied Materials and all information provided by the Buyer to the Seller under the Contract, including without limitation in the Buyer’s order, shall not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

  • Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Defective Product has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
