Buyer Curtailment Period definition

Buyer Curtailment Period means the period of time, as measured using current Settlement Intervals, during which Seller reduces generation from the Project pursuant to a Buyer Curtailment Order. The Buyer Curtailment Period excludes any Settlement Interval subject to a Curtailment Order and shall be inclusive of the time required for the Project to ramp down and ramp up; provided that such time periods to ramp down and ramp up shall be consistent with the Ramp Rate designated in the Cover Sheet.
Buyer Curtailment Period means the period of time, as measured using current Settlement Intervals, during which Seller reduces Facility Energy from the Facility pursuant to or as a result of (a) Buyer Bid Curtailment or (b) a Buyer Curtailment Order; provided that the duration of any Buyer Curtailment Period shall be inclusive of the time required for the Facility to ramp down and ramp up.

Buyer Curtailment Period means the period of time, as measured using current Settlement Intervals, during which Seller reduces generation from the Project pursuant to (a) Buyer Bid Curtailment or (b) a Buyer Curtailment Order.
