Licenses and Permits means all foreign, local, state and federal licenses, permits, registrations, certificates, Contracts, consents, accreditations and approvals necessary for the operation of the Business.
LICENCE AND PERMITS means any and all of the following which must be valid and updated periodically by the Transport Supplier to the satisfaction of the Company:-
Consents, Clearances and Permits means all authorizations, licenses, approvals, registrations, permits, waivers, privileges, acknowledgements, agreements, or concessions required to be obtained from or provided by any concerned authority for the purpose of setting up of the generation facilities and/ or supply of power;
Governmental Authorizations means, with respect to any Person, all licenses, permits, certificates, waivers, consents, franchises (including similar authorizations or permits), exemptions, variances, expirations and terminations of any waiting period requirements and other authorizations and approvals issued to such Person by or obtained by such Person from any Governmental Authority, or of which such Person has the benefit under any Applicable Law.
Environmental Authorizations means all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, notices, registrations or other legal prerequisites for conducting the business of the Borrower or any Subsidiary required by any Environmental Requirement.
Government Authorizations means all such approvals, consents, authorizations, acknowledgements, licenses or permits required to be issued by any Government Authority to the Company for the establishment of the Company or to the Company or the Contractors for the construction, financing, ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Facility by the Company or the Contractors, including, without limitation, those Government Authorizations listed in Schedule 1;
Parent Permits means franchises, grants, authorizations, licenses, permits, easements, variances, exceptions, consents, concessions, registrations, clearances, exemptions, certificates, approvals and orders of any Governmental Authority necessary for Parent and each of its Subsidiaries to own, lease and operate their respective properties and assets or to carry on their respective businesses as they are now being conducted.
Business Licenses has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(x).
Permits and Licenses means (a) all applicable authorizations, -------------------- consents, certificates, licenses, rights of way permits, approvals, waivers, exemptions, encroachment agreements, variances, franchises, permissions, and permits of any Governmental Authority and all documents and applications filed in connection therewith, and (b) all renewals thereof.
Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Highway during the subsistence of this Agreement;
Governmental Permits means all governmental permits, licenses, registrations, certificates of occupancy, approvals and other governmental authorizations.
Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.
Authorizations means all filings, recordings, and registrations with, and all validations or exemptions, approvals, orders, authorizations, consents, franchises, licenses, certificates, and permits from, any Governmental Authority.
Governmental Authorization means any authorization, approval, consent, franchise, license, covenant, order, ruling, permit, certification, exemption, notice, declaration or similar right, undertaking or other action of, to or by, or any filing, qualification or registration with, any Governmental Authority.
Environmental Authorization Any license, permit, order, approval, consent, notice, registration, filing or other form of permission or authorization required under any Environmental Law.
Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.
Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Standard Body necessary for the manufacture, development, distribution, use storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.
Licenses means all licenses, permits, certificates of authority, authorizations, approvals, registrations, franchises and similar consents granted or issued by any Governmental or Regulatory Authority.
Required Governmental Approvals With respect to each Facility, all licenses, permits, accreditations, authorizations and certifications from any Governmental Authority which are material to or required for (i) the operation of such Facility and any Capital Addition thereto for its Primary Intended Use in accordance with all applicable, material Legal Requirements, including, without limitation, material state facility licenses, certificates of need, permits, provider agreements and accreditations or certifications from Medicare and/or Medicaid, and (ii) for any other use conducted on the Leased Property of such Facility and any Capital Additions thereto as may be permitted from time to time hereunder in accordance with all applicable, material Legal Requirements.
Transferred Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).
FCC Licenses means broadcasting and other licenses, authorizations, waivers and permits which are issued from time to time by the FCC.
Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.
Permits means any approvals, authorizations, consents, licenses, permits or certificates of a Governmental Body.
Environmental Permits means all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, approvals or registrations required by any Governmental Authority under any Environmental Laws.
Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.
Environmental Approvals means any permit, license, approval, ruling, variance, exemption or other authorization required under applicable Environmental Laws.
