Brand Business definition

Brand Business has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Brand Business means the business conducted by the Brand Companies including wine production and distribution in Australia, the U.K., Europe, Japan and South Africa. Brand Company means each of the Companies and each of their Subsidiaries.
Brand Business means the Brand Operations, the Brand Operation Entities and the Brand Operations Assets (each as defined in the Restructuring Term Sheet) excluding, in each case, the Other Operations.
