Operations Assets definition

Operations Assets means those assets listed in Section 2.01 hereto and any future assets purchased by or on behalf of the Business and all other property, whether real or personal, which is owned, leased, held, developed, constructed or acquired for the Business by or on behalf of the Parties.
Operations Assets means all back-office physical assets in which any Seller has any right, title or interest (including leasehold) that are used or are needed to provision, operate and maintain the network and @Home and @Work services including servers, storage devices and personal computers.
Operations Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1. For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Operations Assets” shall not include any Excluded Assets.

More Definitions of Operations Assets

Operations Assets means SOCO International's right, title and interest in any rights, privileges, powers, franchises, properties or assets immediately prior to the Effective Time, but specifically excluding the Holdings Assets.
Operations Assets means all hardware, software and data, and related documentation, necessary to carry out the administrative functions included in the Administrative and Engineering Services of the Business as currently conducted, or otherwise used in the conduct of the Business as currently conducted, including by way of example inventory control and ordering, order acceptance and processing, materials control and ordering, bookkeeping and payroll, shipping management and other enterprise resource planning applications.

  • Business Assets means all tangible and intangible property and assets owned (either directly or indirectly), leased, licensed, loaned, operated or used, including all real property, fixed assets, facilities, equipment, inventories and accounts receivable, by the Corporation and the Subsidiaries in connection with the Business;

L. 110-174). Restricted business operations do not include business operations that the person (as that term is defined in Section 2 of the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007) conducting the business can demonstrate—

  • surplus assets means the assets after payment of the debts and liabilities remaining on a winding-up of the incorporated association and the costs, charges and expenses of the winding-up;
