BINDING PROVISION definition

BINDING PROVISION means any provision of the Code of Banking Practice released by the Australian Bankers' Association on 3 November 1993, any other code or arrangement binding on a Seller or the Servicer and any laws applicable to banks or other lenders in the business of making retail home loans.
