Best Management Practices Plan definition

Best Management Practices Plan means a document or a set of documents which describe measures to minimize dust emissions from the Facility and/or Equipment;
Best Management Practices Plan. ("BMP") means schedules of activities, prohibitions of practices, maintenance procedures, and other management practices to prevent or reduce the pollution of "waters of the state." BMPs also include treatment requirements, operating procedures, and practices to control site runoff, spillage or leaks, sludge or waste disposal, or drainage from raw material or product storage.
Best Management Practices Plan or “BMP Plan” shall mean the BMP Plan that is developed in accordance with the Industry Best Management Practices section of the SPDES Permit;
