Best Management Practices Plan definition

Best Management Practices Plan means a document or a set of documents which describe measures to minimize dust emissions from the Facility and/or Equipment;

Best Management Practices Plan. ("BMP") means schedules of activities, prohibitions of practices, maintenance procedures, and other management practices to prevent or reduce the pollution of "waters of the state."
