Examples of Employment Practices Wrongful Act in a sentence
This extension of time to report Claims shall be afforded only in the event that (a) the Wrongful Act or Employment Practices Wrongful Act was committed before the date of cancellation or non-renewal, and (b) no directors and officers liability policy, or policy providing essentially the same type of coverage, or extended reporting period, is in effect at the time the Claim is made.
An Employment Practices Wrongful Act includes22 any actual or alleged “breach of an actual or implied employment contract.” Id.23 Loss “means the damages, judgments, settlements, front pay and back pay, pre-judgment24 or post judgment interest awarded by a court, and Costs, Charges and Expenses incurred by25 [X10].” Id. at 39.
Employment Practices Wrongful Act, fact circumstance or situation which has been the subject of any written notice given under any other policy of which this Policy is a renewal or replacement or which it succeeds in time, or any other Wrongful Act or Employment Practices Wrongful Act whenever occurring which, together with a Wrongful Act or Employment Practices Wrongful Act which has been the subject of such notice, would constitute Interrelated Wrongful Acts.
No coverage is provided for any Wrongful Act or Employment Practices Wrongful Act of an estate, heir, legal representative, assign, spouse or Domestic Partner.
No coverage is provided for fees, expenses and other costs incurred prior to the time such Wrongful Act or Employment Practices Wrongful Act results in a Claim.
