BC Regulation definition

BC Regulation means the Biodiversity Conservation Regulation 2017 (NSW). Biodiversity Certification has the same meaning as in section 8.2 of the BC Act. Biodiversity Certification Assessment Area has the meaning given in Recital A. Biodiversity Certification Application has the meaning given in Recital A.
BC Regulation means the Biodiversity Conservation Regulation 2017.

Biodiversity Conservation Trust (BCT) means the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust. BC Regulation means the Biodiversity Conservation Regulation 2017 (NSW). Biobank Site has the same meaning as in section 127 of the now repealed Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 (NSW). Clearing has the same meaning as in section 60C of the Local Land Services Act 2013. Department means the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water being the Department principally involved in administering the Act. Effective Date means the date on which Biodiversity Certification is conferred by the Minister on the Certified Land.
