Basket of Units definition

Basket of Units means a basket composed of Units specified in the applicable Confirmation in the relative proportions or number of Units specified in the applicable Confirmation.
Basket of Units means a basket composed of ETF Interests in such ETFs specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement in the relative proportions or number of Units of each ETF Interest specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement.

Examples of Basket of Units in a sentence

  • In the case of Call Warrants relating to a Basket of Shares or a Basket of Units, the Additional Cash Settlement Amount (if any) will be payable by the Issuer to the Warrantholder within 15 Business Days following the day falling four calendar months after the Settlement Date and converted into the Settlement Currency at the Exchange Rate.

  • In the case of Call Warrants (other than a Warrant relating to a Basket of Shares or a Basket of Units), the Additional Cash Settlement Amount (if any) will be payable by the Issuer to the Warrantholder 15 Business Days following the date of receipt by the Issuer of such free distribution or dividend of Shares or Units, as the case may be.

  • The ‘‘Deposit Amount’’ is the amount transferred from a purchaser to the Administrator for the purpose of purchasing a Basket of Units.

Related to Basket of Units

  • Covered Units means: (i) during the period of the Employee’s employment with the Corporation, each business unit of the Corporation; and (ii) following the Employment Termination Date, each business unit of the Corporation in or for which the Employee was employed or to which the Employee provided services or about which the Employee obtained or had access to Confidential Information, in each case of this clause (ii) at any time within the twenty-four (24)-month period prior to the Employment Termination Date. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that if the Employee is or was employed at a segment level, the Employee is providing or has provided services to and for, and has obtained and has or had access to Confidential Information about, each business unit of such segment; and if the Employee is or was employed at the corporate/headquarters level, the Employee is providing or has provided services to and for, and has obtained and has or had access to Confidential Information about, each business unit of the Corporation.

  • LLC Units has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.

  • Common Units is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Offered Units has the meaning set forth in Section 9.03(a)(i).

  • Initial Common Units means the Common Units sold in the Initial Offering.

  • Class B Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a)(ii).

  • General Partner Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.

  • LP Units means the non-voting limited partnership units in the capital of BEP, other than the Preferred Units, including any LP Units issued pursuant to the Redemption-Exchange Mechanism.

  • Option Units means the Common Units that the Partnership will agree to issue upon an exercise of the Over-Allotment Option.

  • Tendered Units shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6.A.

  • Purchased Units means, with respect to a particular Purchaser, the number of Common Units set forth opposite such Purchaser’s name under the column titled “Purchased Units” set forth on Schedule A hereto.

  • OP Units means units of limited partnership interest in the Operating Partnership.

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Unit Shares has the meaning ascribed thereto in the first paragraph of this Agreement;

  • Termination Delivery Unit means (a) in the case of a Termination Event, an Event of Default or an Extraordinary Event (other than an Insolvency, Nationalization or Merger Event), one Share or (b) in the case of an Insolvency, Nationalization or Merger Event, a unit consisting of the number or amount of each type of property received by a holder of one Share (without consideration of any requirement to pay cash or other consideration in lieu of fractional amounts of any securities) in such Insolvency, Nationalization or Merger Event. If a Termination Delivery Unit consists of property other than cash or New Shares and Counterparty provides irrevocable written notice to the Calculation Agent on or prior to the Closing Date that it elects to receive cash, New Shares or a combination thereof (in such proportion as Counterparty designates) in lieu of such other property, the Calculation Agent shall replace such property with cash, New Shares or a combination thereof as components of a Termination Delivery Unit in such amounts, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its discretion by commercially reasonable means, as shall have a value equal to the value of the property so replaced. If such Insolvency, Nationalization or Merger Event involves a choice of consideration to be received by holders, such holder shall be deemed to have elected to receive the maximum possible amount of cash.

  • General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.

  • LLC Unit means a common limited liability interest in the Company.

  • LTIP Units means LTIP Units, as such term is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Unit Share has the meaning ascribed thereto in the first paragraph of this Agreement;

  • Redeemed Units has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(a).

  • Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership having the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Partnership Units or “Units” has the meaning provided in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class D Units has the meaning ascribed to such term in the LLC Agreement.

  • Age-restricted unit means a housing unit designed to meet the needs of, and exclusively for, the residents of an age-restricted segment of the population such that: 1) all the residents of the development wherein the unit is situated are 62 years of age or older; or 2) at least 80 percent of the units are occupied by one person who is 55 years of age or older; or 3) the development has been designated by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as “housing for older persons” as defined in Section 807(b)(2) of the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3607.

  • Private Units means the Units certain of the Investors are privately purchasing simultaneously with the consummation of the Company’s initial public offering.

  • Class B Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a Class B Unit of the Partnership.
