Private Units means the Units certain of the Investors are privately purchasing simultaneously with the consummation of the Company’s initial public offering.

More Definitions of Private Units
Private Units means up to 234,500 Units, 217,400 of which the Sponsor is privately purchasing simultaneously with the consummation of the Company’s initial public offering and up to 17,100 Units that the Sponsor has agreed to purchase if the underwriters exercise their over-allotment option.
