Upon consummation of the Offering, it is intended that $500,000 of the proceeds from the sale of the Firm Units and Private Units will be released to the Company to fund the working capital requirements of the Company.
The terms of the Private Units, Private Shares and Private Rights are as described in the Prospectus (as defined in Section 2.1.1 below).
