Available Line. Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000) through June 30, 2002 and Forty Million Dollars ($40,000,000) beginning on July 1, 2002."
Available Line means the amount set forth in the “TVI CORPORATION - CASH FLOW FORECAST” on the Summary page in the First Budget (defined in Section 3(d) below and expressed for this definition as a positive number) and the Second Budget (defined in Section 3(d) below and expressed for this definition as a positive number), if the same is accepted by the Lender in accordance with Section 3(d) below. The Available Line is the Borrowers’ projection of the maximum Borrowing Base Deficiency for weekly periods.
Available Line. One hundred and fifty million dollars ($150,000,000) BORROWING BASE: the amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Available Line or (ii) the sum of (a) fifty percent (50%) of the Outstanding Principal Balance of all Contracts which are Credit Builder's Contracts and (b) eighty-two percent (82%) of the Outstanding Principal Balance of all other Eligible Contracts during the time they are included in the Borrowing Base pursuant to Section 3.1; provided however, that the advance against all other Eligible Contracts shall only be eighty-two percent (82%) through December 31, 1996. The advance against all other Eligible Contracts shall decrease one half percent (.5%) per month on the first day of January, February, March and April, 1997, so that the advance against all other Eligible Contracts will not exceed eighty percent (80%) by April 1, 1997. In the event that the FCF Collateral is released, then the advance against all other Eligible Contracts will be reduced by 3% at the time that the FCF Collateral is released and at all times thereafter.

Available Line. Forty Million Dollars ($40,000,000) through the sooner of: a) May 31, 2003; b) the reorganization, exchange, consolidation or merger of either the Borrower or any of the Guarantors or a similar transaction or series of related transaction in which fifty percent (50%) or more of the voting power of the Borrower or any of the Guarantors is disposed of, or a sale or other disposition (or series of sales or dispositions) of all or substantially all of the assets of the Borrower or any of the Guarantors; c) the termination of the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement") Among Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc., CPS Mergersub, Inc. and TFC Enterprises, Inc.; d) the failure of the stockholders of TFC Enterprises, Inc. to approve the Merger Agreement at the next annual or special meeting of shareholders; or e) the failure of or refusal by any regulatory body or other third party to consent to the transactions under the Merger Agreement that causes the agreement to terminate under any provision of Article 7 of same."
Available Line. One Hundred Thirty Million Dollars ($130,000,000) until the earlier of (1) the sale after March 1, 2001 of assets (in a single sale or cumulatively in multiple sales), including a securitization, of more than Twenty-Five Million Dollars ($25,000,000), or (2) April 30, 2001; then One Hundred Million Dollars ($100,000,000) through July 31, 2001; then Seventy Five Million Dollars ($75,000,000) through January 1, 2002. Related to Available Line

  • Available Liquidity means on any date, the sum of (i) the excess, if any, of (x) the amount of all Revolving Credit Commitments of each Lender that is not a Defaulting Lender on such date over (y) the aggregate Revolving Credit Exposure on such date plus (ii) the aggregate amount of unrestricted cash and Permitted Investments of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries on such date.

  • Available Facility Amount is defined in Section 2.2(a).

  • Available Facility means, in relation to a Facility, the aggregate for the time being of each Lender’s Available Commitment in respect of that Facility.
