Available Commitments shall refer to the aggregate of the Lenders’ Available Commitments hereunder.

Available Commitments means, on any day, the aggregate unused Commitments, computed after giving effect to all Extensions of Credit made or to be made on such day, the application of proceeds therefrom and all prepayments and repayments of Revolving Loans made on such day.

Available Commitments means the aggregate of the Lenders’ Available Commitments hereunder.

Within the limits of each Lender’s Commitment and as hereinabove and hereinafter provided, including without limitation Section 2.01(b), the Borrower may request a Borrowing hereunder, and repay or prepay Revolving Loans pursuant to Section 2.14 and utilize the resulting increase in the Available Commitments for further Extensions of Credit in accordance with the terms hereof.
Except to the extent otherwise provided, each borrowing under Section 2.02 shall be made from the Lenders, each reduction or termination of the amount of the Commitments under Section 2.06 shall be applied to the Commitments of the Lenders, and each payment of Commitment Fees accruing under Section 2.05 shall be made for the account of the Lenders, pro-rata according to the amounts of their respective Available Commitments.

More Definitions of Available Commitments

Available Commitments means, as of any date of determination, (a) the aggregate Commitments of the Lenders, as such amount may be reduced, changed or terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, reduced by (b) the aggregate Advances outstanding on such date of determination.

Available Commitments means the aggregate of the Lenders' Available Commitments.

Available Commitments as to any Bank at a particular time, an amount equal to the difference between (a) the amount of the Commitments at such time and (b) the Aggregate Outstanding Extensions of Credit at such time.

Available Commitments means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Commitments then in effect minus the total Revolving Exposure at such time; provided that in calculating the total Revolving Exposure for the purpose of determining the Available Commitment pursuant to Section 2.12(a), the aggregate principal amount of Swingline Loans then outstanding shall be deemed to be zero.

Available Commitments means as to any Participant at any time, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of such Participant's Commitment over (b) the aggregate amount of its Participation Interest in all Advances made by the Lessor then outstanding.
