Autism service provider definition

Autism service provider means a person, or group providing treatment of autism spectrum disorders. An autism service provider that provides treatment of autism spectrum disorders that includes applied behavioral analysis shall be certified as a behavior analyst by the behavior analyst certification board or shall be a health professional licensed under chapter 147.
Autism service provider means a person, entity, or group that provides diagnostic evaluations and treatment of autism spectrum disorders, including licensed Physicians, licensed psychiatrists, licensed speech therapists, licensed occupational therapists, licensed physical therapists, licensed psychologists, and broad-certified behavior analysts.
Autism service provider means an individual who is licensed, certified, or registered by the applicable state licensing board or by a nationally recognized certifying organization and who provides direct services to an Insured Person with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
