Auditor Personnel definition

Auditor Personnel means all of Auditor’s employees, independent contractors or subcontractors.
Auditor Personnel means and refers to Auditor employees or Sub-Auditors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Auditor will assume all costs associated with the replacement of any Auditor Personnel.

  • Upon City’s reasonable request, Auditor will make available to City all relevant records of the education, training, experience, qualifications, work history and performance of Auditor Personnel.

  • Neither Auditor nor any Auditor Personnel shall establish any commercial activity, issue concessions or permits of any kind to third Parties for establishing any activities on City property.

  • Auditor shall be responsible, at its own cost, for all recruiting, hiring, training, educating and orienting of all Auditor Personnel, all of whom shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized under Applicable Law to perform the Services.

  • Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, all equipment, software, property and Auditor Personnel required to perform the Services, in accordance with the best industry practices, shall be furnished by Auditor at Auditor’s sole expense.

  • Within a reasonable period, but not later that seven (7) days after Auditor’s receipt of notice from City that the continued assignment to the City Services Agreement of any Auditor Personnel is not in the best interests of City, Auditor shall remove such Auditor Personnel from City’s Services Agreement.

  • Without any additional cost to City, Auditor Personnel shall promptly give City all reasonable assistance and execute all documents City may reasonably request to enable City to perfect, preserve, enforce, register and record its rights in all Work Product.

  • Administrative Assistant; Administrative Aide – Staff; Typist II – Staff; Clerk to the Board; Boards Claims Auditor; Personnel Analyst - Staff; Personnel Aide – Staff; Secretary to the Superintendent; and any new appointment of another title with comparable duties.

  • Within a reasonable period, but not later that seven (7) days after Auditor’s receipt of notice from City that the continued assignment to the City (for this Agreement) of any Auditor Personnel is not in the best interests of City may create a conflict of interest (in the City’s sole determination), Auditor shall remove such Auditor Personnel from providing services under this Agreement.

  • In addition, Auditor agrees to remove from City’s Services Agreement any Auditor Personnel who has engaged in willful misconduct or has committed a material breach of this Services Agreement immediately after Auditor becomes aware of such misconduct or breach.

Related to Auditor Personnel

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Auditor General means the person appointed as Auditor-General in terms of section 193 of the Constitution, and includes a person-

  • Processor Personnel means all directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants and Agreementors of the Processor and/or of any Sub-Processor engaged in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • Supervising physician means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A. The supervising physician is responsible for medical direction of emergency medical care personnel when such personnel are providing emergency medical care.

  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • Technical Direction means developing work statements, determining parameters, directing other Contractors' operations, or resolving technical controversies.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Investment Personnel means: (a) Portfolio Managers and other Advisory Persons who provide investment information and/or advice to the Portfolio Manager(s) and/or help execute the Portfolio Manager's(s') investment decisions, including securities analysts and traders; (b) any natural person in a control relationship to the Fund who obtains information concerning recommendations made to the Fund with regard to the purchase or sale of a security; and (c) certain other individuals as designated by the Compliance Officer.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Auditor-Controller means the Auditor-Controller, County of Orange, or designee, or upon written notice to Tenant, such other person as may be designated by the Board of Supervisors.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Supplier’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the Supplier under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;

  • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:

  • Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;

  • Supervising pharmacist means an Iowa-licensed pharmacist who is on duty in an Iowa-licensed pharmacy and who is responsible for assigning and supervising the duties performed by a pharmacy support person.

  • Receiving Party Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 37(d).

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Purchaser Personnel means the Purchasers’, and each Purchaser’s Affiliates’, officers, directors (or their equivalent), employees, agents, and contractors of any kind.

  • Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.
