Put Period definition
Put Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(a) hereof.
Put Period means the period of 45 days from and including the date on which a Put Event Notice is given.
Put Period shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4 herein.
Examples of Put Period in a sentence
The Note must be delivered to the Paying Agent together with all Coupons appertaining thereto (which expression, for the avoidance of doubt, shall include unmatured Coupons falling to be issued on exchange of matured Talons) maturing after the date (the "Put Date") being the seventh day after the date of expiry of the Put Period, failing which deduction in respect of such missing unmatured Coupons shall be made in accordance with Condition 6(b).

Put Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Put Period means 30 days after a Put Event Notice has been published in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices).
Put Period means the period from, and including, the date of a Put Event Notice to, but excluding, the 30th day following the date of the Put Event Notice or, if earlier, the eighth day immediately preceding the Maturity Date;
Put Period means the period of 45 days after a Put Event Notice is given;
Put Period means the period beginning on the Commencement Date and ending on the Closing Date.
Put Period has the meaning specified in Section 2.10(a).
