Associated individual definition

Associated individual means a person who has obtained a criminal record clearance or exemption pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 16519.5 in order to reside or be regularly present in the home of an applicant or Resource Family.

Associated individual means an individual associated to the Resource Family’s home or to the proposed Resource Family’s home who resides in the home or is otherwise required to be background cleared as set forth in Welfare and Institutions Code section 16519.5(d).
