Key Individual definition

Key Individual means those individuals identified in the Proponent’s Prequalification Submission as key individuals;

Key Individual means a key individual as defined in section 1(1) of the Act, and a sole proprietor as defined in section 1(1) of the Determination of Fit and Proper Requirements;
