Associated Company definition

Associated Company means any legal entity of which a person or company has direct or indirect Control and only as long as a person or company maintains direct or indirect Control.
Associated Company means any company which is, in relation to another company, its holding company or its subsidiary or a subsidiary of its holding company. “Holding company” and “subsidiary” will have the meanings attributed to them in section 736 and 736A of the Companies Act 1985 and section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006.

Associated Company in relation to any company, means any company which is a Subsidiary or Holding Company of that company or the majority of whose shares are beneficially owned by the same person or persons as own the majority of the shares of that company;
