Available Capacity Amount definition

Available Capacity Amount means the lesser of: (i) the quantity of Unforced Capacity from the Capacity Facility that is offered by Generator and cleared by PJM in the relevant Base Residual Auction, and (ii) the Awarded Capacity Amount.
Available Capacity Amount means the lesser of: (i) the quantity of unforced capacity from the Capacity Facility that is offered by Generator and cleared by PJM in the relevant Base Residual Auction, and (ii) the quantity of unforced capacity from the Capacity Facility that the Capacity Facility is deemed by PJM to be capable of supplying for the Delivery Year in accordance with the RPM Rules; provided, however, if the Available Capacity Amount exceeds the Awarded Capacity Amount then in such case for purposes of the calculations required under Section 4.1, the Available Capacity Amount shall equal the Awarded Capacity Amount.
Available Capacity Amount means the lesser of: (i) for each Delivery Year of the Term, the quantity of unforced capacity Unforced Capacity from the Capacity Facility that is determined by PJM and offered by Generator and cleared by PJM in the relevant Base Residual Auction, and (ii) the quantity of unforced capacity from the Capacity Facility that the Capacity Facility is deemed by PJM to be capable of supplying for the Delivery Year in accordance with the RPM Rules; provided, however, if the Available Capacity Amount exceeds the Awarded Capacity Amount then in such case for purposes of the calculations required under Section 4.1, the Available Capacity Amount shall equal the Awarded Capacity Amount.

  • Available RP Capacity Amount means the amount of Restricted Payments that may be made at the time of determination pursuant to Sections 6.04(a)(ii)(D), (a)(vii) and (a)(x) minus the aggregate amount of the Available RP Capacity Amount utilized by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to (a) make Investments pursuant to Section 6.06(q)(ii), (b) make Restricted Debt Payments pursuant to Section 6.04(b)(iv)(B) or (c) incur Indebtedness pursuant to Section 6.01(ll).

  • Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]

  • Excess Cash Flow Percentage 50%; provided that the Excess Cash Flow Percentage shall be reduced to (a) 25% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 3.75 to 1.00 and (b) to 0% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 2.25 to 1.00.
