AquaBounty Termination IP definition

AquaBounty Termination IP means all Patents or other intellectual property that AquaBounty or any of its Affiliates Controls as of the Effective Date or during the Term that cover, or is otherwise necessary or useful for, the development, manufacture or Commercialization of a Reverted Product or necessary or useful for Intrexon to operate in the Field.

  • Collaboration Patent Rights means Patent Rights claiming Collaboration Know-How.

  • Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.
