The Advance Work Order or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Work Order on the bidder.
CREFC® Modification Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Modification Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Application Package means the forms, schedules, checklists, exhibits, computer disks and instructions thereto obtained from the Agency, which shall be completed and submitted to the Agency in accordance with all regulations in order to apply for the HTC Program.
Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;
Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.
Application for Final Payment means Contractor’s final invoice for payment that includes any portion of the Work that has been completed for which an invoice has not been submitted, amounts owing to adjustments to the final Contract Sum resulting from approved change orders, and release of remaining Contractor’s retainage.
Application for Payment means Contractor’s monthly partial invoice for payment that includes any portion of the Work that has been completed for which an invoice has not been submitted and performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Application for Payment accurately reflects the progress of the Work, is itemized based on the Schedule of Values, bears the notarized signature of Contractor, and shall not include subcontracted items for which Contractor does not intend to pay.
CREFC® Assumption Modification Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Assumption Modification Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.
Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.
Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all amendments and attachments) issued by the System Agency under which applications for Program funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.
Request for Loan means a written request for a Loan substantially in the form of Exhibit E, signed by a Senior Officer of the applicable Borrower and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.
Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;
Draw Request Any request by the Borrower, pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement, for a disbursement of any portion of the proceeds of the Loan.
CMSA Loan Periodic Update File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Periodic Update File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Direct Debit Request means the Direct Debit Request between Us and You.
Account Application Form means the Personal Account Application Form for International Personal Banking or Wealth and Investment as applicable;
The Advance Purchase Order or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Purchase Order on the bidder.
Advance Request Form means a certificate, in a form approved by Lender, properly completed and signed by Borrower requesting a Revolving Credit Advance.
Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.
Prepayment Penalty Schedule A data field in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A which sets forth the amount or method of calculation of the Prepayment Penalty Amount and the term during which such Prepayment Penalty Amount is imposed with respect to a Mortgage Loan.
CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File The data file in the “CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
New Service Request means an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request. New Services Queue:
Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.
Periodic Advance The aggregate of the advances required to be made by a Servicer on any Distribution Date pursuant to its Servicing Agreement or by the Master Servicer or the Trustee hereunder, the amount of any such advances being equal to the total of all Monthly Payments (adjusted, in each case (i) in respect of interest, to the applicable Mortgage Interest Rate less the applicable Servicing Fee in the case of Periodic Advances made by a Servicer and to the applicable Net Mortgage Interest Rate in the case of Periodic Advances made by the Master Servicer or Trustee and (ii) by the amount of any related Debt Service Reductions or reductions in the amount of interest collectable from the Mortgagor pursuant to the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940, as amended, or similar legislation or regulations then in effect) on the Mortgage Loans, that (x) were delinquent as of the close of business on the related Determination Date, (y) were not the subject of a previous Periodic Advance by such Servicer or of a Periodic Advance by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, as the case may be and (z) have not been determined by the Master Servicer, such Servicer or Trustee to be Nonrecoverable Advances.
Incremental Auction Revenue Rights means the additional Auction Revenue Rights, not previously feasible, created by the addition of Incremental Rights-Eligible Required Transmission Enhancements, Merchant Transmission Facilities, or of one or more Customer- Funded Upgrades.
