Series Designation definition

Series Designation has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.03(a).
Series Designation. Pass-Through Certificates, Series 1999-A, Classes X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X and R (collectively, the "Certificates"). The Classes X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0 and B-2 Certificates are collectively referred to herein as the "Underwritten Certificates."
Series Designation has the meaning set forth in Section 1.08(a).

Examples of Series Designation in a sentence

  • If the Managing Member desires to amend any provision of this Agreement or any Series Designation, other than as permitted by Section 12.01, then it shall first adopt a resolution setting forth the amendment proposed, declaring its advisability, and then call a meeting of the Members entitled to vote in respect thereof for the consideration of such amendment.

  • The Series Designation establishing a Series may set forth specific provisions governing the rights of such Series against a Member associated with such Series who fails to comply with the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the applicable provisions of such Series Designation).

  • In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and a Series Designation, the terms and conditions of the Series Designation shall prevail.

  • The rights of all Members and the terms of all Interests are subject to the provisions of this Agreement (including any Series Designation).

  • Subject to the terms of any Series Designation (including, without limitation, the preferential rights, if any, of holders of any other class of Interests of the applicable Series), distributions shall be paid to the holders of the Interests of a Series on an equal per Interest basis as of the Record Date selected by the Managing Member.
