Animal Services Officer definition

Animal Services Officer means any person authorized by Arapahoe County to enforce the provisions of this Resolution, pursuant to Section 30-15-105 and 30-15-102, C.R.S., as amended. This shall include the Arapahoe County Sheriff and any Arapahoe County Sheriff's Deputy.
